Authentic tradition confectionery since 1832
Sapori 1832 is one of the oldest brands of fine pastry products. It was back in 1832 when Dr Virgilio Sapori began producing Panforte, founding a small pastry bakery in Siena.
Since 1832 a love that is renewed every day!
Since its origins Sapori has been able to combine the quality of raw materials to create unique products with the desire to communicate the beauties of the Tuscany territory and to create unique products.

Raw material
The choice of ingredients is the starting point to guarantee products with a unique and unmistakable taste and to tell the beauties and peculiarities that the Tuscan land offers.
For these reasons, Sapori chooses its raw materials with meticulous attention, placing first place the very high quality of the same, the careful control of the production chain and respect for the environment.

Only superior quality cocoa for our 72% dark chocolate, so we enhance the taste of our coated products by creating a perfect balance between the characterization of the filling and the strong taste of the chocolate coating.

Only whole almonds. We don’t buy almond paste, we make it ourselves. This allows us to choose a unique mix of sweet and bitter almonds for our products to obtain the taste we are looking for.

We only use fresh Italian eggs from free-range hens.

We only use fresh Tuscan territory milk.

Candied fruit: the mix of candied fruit is one of the characteristic elements of a rich dessert such as panforte, which is why we only choose candied fruit without preservatives and without sulphites, in a high-quality selection such as candied orange, melon and cedar to make our panforte unique in its structure and in taste.

Spices: they are the irreplaceable element of our pastry: cinnamon, star anise, coriander, cardamom, pepper, cloves. The story of Sapori arises precisely from the spices coming from the East.
