mixed salad 100 g
cherry tomatoes 30 g
1 fennel

INGREDIENTS FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:

Red Wine Chianti DOCG Vinegar 20 ml
Extra-virgin olive oil 35 ml
1 sliced anchovy in oil
salt
white pepper

Wash and dry the salad.
Cut in half the tomatoes and the fennel into thin slices.
