Seafood and Shellfish mix (mollusks and crustaceans) 61,5%: (blue mussels with shell (7*) and/or Chilean blue mussels with shell (8*), New zeland arrow squid (1*) and/or Atlantic Squid (*2) and/or Pacific squid (6*) and/or Giant Squid (15%), Lyrate Clams with shell,peeled Guinea Shrimp (4*) and/or peeled kiddi Shrimp (12*) and/or peeled deep-water rose Shrimp (14*),Jinga Shrimp tails (9*) and/or White Shrimp tails (10)and/or Whitelag Shrimp tails (11*)); water, sunflower oil, white wine,(contains sulfites) extra virgin olive oil, fish broth (maltodextrin, yeast extract, natural flavouring, fish extract and salt), natural flavoring, onion, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, chili pepper. The product is GLUTEN FREE.
During the production process, diligent precautions are made to ensure that there are no broken shell pieces. However due to the nature of the product, there may at times be traces of shells fragments.

How to prepare

Boil 250 grams of pasta in salt water. Then pour the frozen contents from the package into a pan, cover with lid for approximately first 4 minutes.

Finish cooking on a medium heat for a further 4 minutes approximately, without lid, stirring occasionally.

Drain the al dente pasta and pour it into the same pan as the condiment.

Pan-fry everything on a high flame for about one minute and mix well.
